The room was clean and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views to wake up to. The breakfast options were delicious, and I enjoyed dining in the pleasant atmosphere of the dining room. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk into town or a convenient ride on the public ascenseur. I also appreciated the ample free parking nearby and the separate, secure bike storage provided.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at a hotel in the Pyrenees! Loved how clean and well-maintained the hotel was, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to the famous climbs and stunning landscapes. The best part was the secure storage for bikes in the basement - felt really safe leaving them there. Another great perk was the delicious meals at the hotel restaurant - highly recommended!
Honestly, there were no negative aspects to mention. The whole experience was fantastic and exceeded all expectations.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-organized, with a dedicated bike storage and maintenance area. We loved the scenic views and peaceful atmosphere, only a short drive from Lourdes. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was satisfying, and Philippe even went the extra mile to provide me with extra bananas. We highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is ideally located, very close to the town center and surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Pyrenees. The rooms may be basic, but they are spotless with plenty of hot water in the clean bathrooms. The friendly and knowledgeable staff, like Philippe, provide excellent service and make you feel welcomed. The limited menu for dinner offers delicious food, complemented by a choice of wines. The hotel also provides great facilities such as secure bike storage and a bike cleaning area.
The rooms may be a bit small and facing north, resulting in a slightly colder environment.
